Kendra was born empathic, sensitive, creative, and intuitive, filled with curiosity on the way the world works. From a young age she began her search for an understanding of life’s biggest esoteric questions. Who am I and why am I here?
Raised in a small town in Northern Michigan (population 1,203)
Certified Spiritual Life Coach and Reiki Energy Healer who is on a mission to help others pursue a passion filled holistic life. Drawn to this type of work after soul searching for her own answers to feeling unfulfilled, stressed, anxious, and depressed during her quarter life crisis in her previous career as a Fashion Stylist, Costumer, and Public Relations Manager in Hollywood, CA.
Kendra sought the support of a Life Coach/Therapist and it opened her eyes to a new way of thinking, eased her suffering, and introduced her to new tools such as mediation, affirmations, and hypnosis.
She became a student of life and became consumed with reading all the self-help books she could and studying all new age topics including astrology, essential oils, brain science, intuition, Law of Attraction, philosophy, spirituality, world religions, consciousness, crystals, energy healing, manifesting, angels, and the list goes on...
She was waking up to her truth, remembering who she really was. Kendra also credits, the mother of personal development, Louise Hayes to helping her understand that everyone we encounter is a reflection of our own feelings about ourselves, the mind, body connection, and that we are ALL responsible for co-creating our own reality.
In January of 2018, Kendra received a divine download that it was time to go back to school, to serve in a bigger way, and to share what she’s learned. She listened to this guidance and trusted it! She answered her life’s calling as a Holistic Life Coach.
Kendra’s life lessons of learning self-worth, acceptance, shedding identity, and confidence have propelled her personal growth and have prepared her to be more a compassionate coach to with her clients.
